A growing Dubai design studio focused on high-end residential work is hiring a Studio Manager.
The manager will join the management team alongside discipline leads and take greater ownership of day-to-day studio operations.
The role is intended for someone from an Interior Design or Architecture background who understands design delivery, project pressures, client expectations, and creative-team needs.
Role responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations and workflow.
- Support project planning, resourcing, and team allocation.
- Work closely with discipline leads across live projects.
- Monitor delivery, priorities, and internal coordination.
- Support team performance and help resolve operational issues.
- Maintain strong communication across clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Improve internal processes and help create structure for future expansion.
Candidate profile
- An experienced Interior Designer or Architect who has taken on greater responsibility around people, projects, and studio operations.
- Commercially aware, highly organized, and confident operating at senior level.
- Understands the creative and technical realities of running a design studio.
