- We are looking for a skilled Design & Review Expert – Civil with 6 years of experience in civil engineering design, technical reviews, and quality assurance. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing engineering drawings, design calculations, technical documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
- M. Tech in Structural Engineering || B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and validate civil engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
- Conduct technical reviews of design submissions to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Identify design discrepancies, technical issues, and potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Review design modifications and ensure proper incorporation of technical comments.
- Support design optimization, value engineering, and resolution of technical queries.
- Monitor design deliverables to ensure timely submission and adherence to project requirements.
- Maintain design review records, technical reports, and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering design principles and design review processes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Working knowledge of relevant IS codes, IRC standards, or other applicable design codes, depending on the project.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with relevant civil engineering design software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design, design checking, or technical review.
- Experience in infrastructure, buildings, transportation, or other civil engineering projects, as applicable.
- Ability to independently review technical deliverables and coordinate with design teams.
- Preferred Competencies

- Ability to manage multiple design deliverables and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
