Design Manager (Hospitality & Mixed Use)
About This Role
Lead and manage multi-disciplinary design teams throughout all project phases, from concept to completion.
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop coherent and market-leading design concepts suitable for hospitality and mixed-use environments.
Ensure design compliance with relevant codes, standards, and sustainability criteria.
Review and approve design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and presentations.
Implement quality control and risk management procedures related to design aspects.
Coordinate with external consultants and vendors to integrate design elements seamlessly.
Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and excellence within the team.
