Role overview
Lead design delivery for residential, hospitality, and commercial projects from concept through authority approval and construction.
The consultancy works on projects across the UAE and KSA.
Responsibilities
- Oversee design projects from concept through IFC, ensuring deliverables meet the brief, quality standards, and budget.
- Review architectural, MEP, and structural designs for coordination, buildability, and compliance.
- Check AOR requirements and authority submissions, including Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, and master developer NOCs.
- Coordinate engineers, specialist consultants, contractors, and the client; run design meetings and track actions.
- Set and control design programmes, track deliverables, and flag risks early.
- Act as the main client contact for design matters.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture and at least 7–10 years of experience, with a strong share of experience in the UAE.
- Proven experience coordinating MEP and structural consultants; solid knowledge of UAE authority processes and codes.
- Strong organizational skills and confidence managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, plus MS Project or Primavera.
- Clear, professional communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
- A high-caliber portfolio showcasing recognized, delivered architectural projects and strong design leadership.
- Must currently be based in the UAE.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 123,456–456,789 per month.
