Role Overview
Responsible for coordinating the schedule, issues, and risks of Key Account Engineering projects by monitoring daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports and updates for members of management.
Serves as a liaison between team members and other functions to get tasks done in a timely manner.

Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.
- Prior experience in preparing and interpreting flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
- Use of Microsoft CoPilot is a plus
- Working knowledge of Pre-cast and Tilt-up shop drawing creation
- Knowledge of insulated concrete panel shop drawings a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in an engineering department a plus; Experience in concrete (Pre-cast and tilt-up processes).
- Experience managing a team to meet project deadlines
- Exposure to or experience in cross-functional work and outsourcing
