We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Architecture Draftsman & 3D Visualizer to join our growing design team.
We welcome applications from Indian and Filipino professionals with strong technical and visualization skills and a passion for creating high-end interior spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior shop drawings.
- Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings.
- Produce complete technical drawing packages for execution.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, and site teams.
- Revise drawings based on project requirements and client feedback.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve workflow efficiency and presentation quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior architecture or interior fit-out.
- Expert in 3ds Max.
- Advanced rendering skills using Corona Renderer and V-Ray.
- Excellent command of AutoCAD for technical and shop drawings.
- Strong understanding of construction details, joinery, materials, and interior detailing.
- Proficient in Canva for presentation layouts and marketing materials.
- Experience using modern AI tools for design, rendering enhancement, image generation, presentations, and workflow automation.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial projects is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.
- Experience in the UAE/GCC market is preferred.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
