Role
Part-time, hybrid Design Director role based in Dubai, with some flexibility for work from home.
Leads visual and experiential design for events, digital assets, and brand touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Oversee design concepts for conferences and meetups and manage branding across websites, social media, and marketing materials.
- Ensure a consistent visual identity across brand touchpoints.
- Collaborate on stage designs, signage, and layouts that enhance participant experience.
- Review deliverables, guide external designers or agencies, and maintain design standards aligned with strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Design management, branding, architecture and construction drawings, and product design skills are expected.
- Event or conference design, wayfinding, and environmental graphics experience is beneficial.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar industry-standard tools is expected.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for a multicultural, hybrid environment.
- A degree or equivalent experience in design, architecture, visual communications, or a related field is preferred.
