We are looking for a talented and
hands-on Associate – Design.
This role is ideal for a design professional who combines strong creative thinking with
solid production capability
and is confident in developing ideas into clear, high-quality deliverables.
As an Associate, you will play a dual role—supporting senior leadership in driving design excellence while actively contributing to the
production of drawings, 3D models, and presentations
.
You will be closely involved throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development to delivery, ensuring design intent is translated into practical and buildable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to

- Develop and communicate design ideas through
- SketchUp models, diagrams, and visualizations
- Support the progression of design from concept through to detailed and IFC stages
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to manage timely and high-quality deliverables
- Assist in preparing design briefs, scopes of work, and consultant documentation
- Review drawings and shop drawings to ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards
- Contribute to presentations, reports, and visual materials for stakeholders and senior leadership
- Conduct site visits and support project delivery across all phases
- Ensure consistency in design quality, brand standards, and user experience
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Urban Planning, or related field
- 6–8 years of experience in real estate design and development, preferably within the UAE/GCC
- Strong
- hands-on design and production experience
- across all project stages
- Advanced proficiency in
SketchUp
- (essential), along with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven ability to translate concepts into clear, well-executed design outputs
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
