Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Chefs specializing in Pakistani and North Indian Cuisine to join a restaurant operation in Sharjah, UAE.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience preparing authentic Pakistani and North Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, consistency, and presentation.

The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing traditional curries, BBQ items, biryanis, breads, and other popular Desi menu offerings in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare authentic Pakistani and North Indian dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  • Cook a variety of curries, gravies, BBQ items, rice dishes, and breads.
  • Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and presentation standards.
  • Monitor food preparation and portion control.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
  • Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
  • Follow food safety and HACCP procedures.
  • Support kitchen operations during busy service periods.
  • Work effectively as part of the kitchen team.

North Indian Cuisine

  • Butter Chicken
  • Kadai Chicken
  • Tandoori Chicken
  • Dal Makhani
  • Paneer Dishes

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pakistani or North Indian Cuisine Chef.
  • Experience working in restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, or catering operations.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional Desi cooking methods and spices.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
