Skin Symphony Aesthetics Medical Centre is a premium aesthetic and dermatology clinic located in Jumeirah, Dubai.
We focus on delivering medically led aesthetic treatments with an emphasis on patient safety, natural-looking results, premium care, and long-term patient trust.
We are looking for an experienced **Dermatologist / GP Aesthetic Doctor** to join our team in a lead role.
The ideal candidate should have strong UAE experience, excellent consultation skills, hands-on expertise in advanced aesthetic treatments, and preferably an established patient base.
Role Overview
The selected doctor will be responsible for consulting, assessing, treating, and managing patients for a wide range of aesthetic and dermatology concerns.
This role requires a confident and experienced doctor who can create personalized treatment plans, perform treatments safely, and guide patients with clear medical advice.
The position is suitable for someone who understands premium patient care, aesthetic treatment planning, patient retention, and ethical recommendation of treatments.
Doctors with an existing patient portfolio or strong personal reputation in the UAE aesthetic market will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed consultations for aesthetic and dermatology patients.
- Assess skin, hair, facial ageing, body contouring, and cosmetic concerns.
- Create customized treatment plans based on patient goals, medical suitability, and expected outcomes.
- Perform or supervise advanced aesthetic procedures including:
- Skin boosters
- Bioremodulators
- Endolift
- Injectables
- PRP
- Microneedling
- Laser-based treatments
- Anti-ageing and skin rejuvenation procedures
- Educate patients clearly about treatment benefits, expected results, downtime, risks, and aftercare.
- Ensure all procedures are performed safely and in line with medical standards and clinic protocols.
- Build strong patient trust and support long-term patient relationships.
- Support patient retention and clinic growth through excellent care, follow-up, and professional reputation.
- Maintain accurate medical records and follow DHA guidelines.
- Support the clinic team with medical guidance, treatment protocols, and patient care standards.
- Work closely with the patient coordination, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Stay updated with new aesthetic techniques, products, devices, and treatment trends.
Requirements
- Dermatologist or GP Aesthetic Doctor.
- Valid DHA license or DHA eligibility.
- Minimum **5 years of experience in the UAE** in dermatology, aesthetics, or cosmetic medicine.
- Strong hands-on experience with aesthetic procedures.
- Experience with skin boosters, bioremodulators, Endolift, injectables, PRP, lasers, and other non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent consultation and patient communication skills.
- Strong understanding of premium patient expectations and treatment planning.
- Ability to recommend suitable treatments ethically and confidently.
- Professional appearance, strong medical ethics, and patient-first approach.
- Experience in a premium aesthetic clinic is highly preferred.
- Doctors with an existing patient base, established book of patients, or strong UAE market reputation will be preferred.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are an advantage, but not mandatory.

Compensation
We offer a competitive **fixed salary plus commission structure**, based on experience, performance, patient retention, and contribution to the clinic’s growth.
