Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning team for multiple villa construction projects from initiation to completion
- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Prepare baseline programs, recovery plans, and progress reports
- Analyze project risks, delays, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Present planning reports and recommendations to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction planning, with significant villa project experience
- Proven leadership experience in managing planning teams
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- UAE/GCC construction experience
- Experience with luxury residential or villa developments
