About The Team

Job Purpose

Leadership & Strategy

• Define and execute the overall vision and strategy for the Global Process Optimization COE. For the beginning, the candidate focuses on YMA region. If the candidate wants and condition meets, the global role will be provided after 1-2 years.
• Lead organizational growth, capability development, and team performance to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align departmental initiatives with corporate strategy. It includes collaboration with KBC.

Digital Transformation (DX) Assessment & Consulting

• Oversee delivery of DX assessments such as SIRI assessment to evaluate customers’ current digital maturity and business challenges.
• Provide consulting services to develop comprehensive DX roadmaps tailored to customer needs.
• Ensure that proposed DX strategies drive measurable value and operational improvement for customers.

Solution Architecture & Proposal Development

• Lead the development of solution architectures based on customers’ DX roadmaps.
• Align solution proposals with best-in-class technologies, industry standards, and customer business goals.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and quality of proposed solutions.

MES Business Expansion

• Drive the expansion of MES business accross industries including Oil & Gas and others (e.g., chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, discrete manufacturing).
• Catch up new or existing products relate to MES from YHQ/YDJ/KBC and make plan to sell them in YMA region. (including Visual MESA)
• Develop partnerships and go-to-market strategies to strengthen the company’s position in the global MES market.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer pain points to accelerate growth.

Stakeholder Management & Customer Engagement

• Act as a senior-level advisor to key customers, establishing long-term trusted relationships.
• Present strategic recommendations, proposals, and business outcomes to customer executives.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to support large-scale opportunities and key accounts.

Operational Excellence

• Develop standards, methodologies, and best practices for DX consulting and solution design.
• Manage resource allocation, and performance metrics.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, industrial automation, smart manufacturing, or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of MES, Industry 4.0 technologies, and manufacturing operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex business initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
• Preferred
• Experience delivering consulting services or DX roadmap development.
• Background in expanding business into new industries or markets.
• Understanding of cloud solutions, data analytics, IIoT, and automation architecture.
• Global business experience or multicultural team leadership.
