Deputy Head – Bid Management | UAE
Are you a seasoned bid management professional ready to take on a senior leadership role? We're looking for an experienced Deputy Head of Bid Management to join client in the UAE and help them drive high-impact proposals that win.
This is a strategic, high-visibility role where you'll lead end-to-end RFP responses, shape our annual business development plan, and build a strong, future-ready team.
What you'll be doing as Deputy Head – Bid Management
• Leading comprehensive, compelling responses to RFPs — from first draft to final submission
• Driving the annual Business Development Plan in line with wider organisational goals
• Managing the full sales process: lead generation, pitches, negotiation and handover
• Building and mentoring a high-performing team with strong succession planning
• Identifying new business opportunities beyond core service lines
What we're looking for in a Deputy Head – Bid Management
• 12–15 years of experience in bid/tender response management
• Postgraduate degree or equivalent
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
