An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced educational leader to join a prestigious private education team supporting a high-profile family in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Working alongside the Educational Team Leader, you will help oversee a team of specialist teachers delivering a personalised educational programme for a small group of students.
This is a unique leadership role combining educational oversight, curriculum development, staff management, and student progress monitoring within an exclusive learning environment.

The Role
- Support the Educational Team Leader in the day-to-day leadership of the education team
- Supervise and support a team of specialist teachers
- Help develop and implement a personalised educational programme aligned with students' academic and personal development goals
- Monitor teaching quality, curriculum delivery, and student progress
- Coordinate timetables, schedules, resources, and educational activities
- Lead regular team meetings and contribute to staff development initiatives
- Liaise with schools, educational specialists, and other stakeholders as required
- Prepare reports and provide updates on student achievement and programme outcomes
- Occasional travel within Saudi Arabia may be required
