The description seeks an experienced architect to join the team in Riyadh, with a focus on design skills, technical expertise, and architectural solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept to completion.
- Lead and manage proposals for design contracts.
- Develop detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using design software.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Additional requirements
- International exposure or experience working on global projects is an advantage.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and advanced building technologies.
