• to support the executive management in leading the company’s operations, implementing strategic plans, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments and projects.
• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Support the CEO in executing the company’s strategic objectives and operational plans.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals and performance targets.
• Coordinate between departments to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor project performance, financial results, and operational KPIs.
• Participate in developing business growth strategies and organizational improvement initiatives.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients, partners, and governmental entities when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare executive reports, performance evaluations, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
• 🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of (15) years of professional experience, including 5 Years in leadership and executive management roles.
• Strong experience in operations management, strategic planning, and business development.
• Experience in contracting, facility management, or operational projects is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• 🔹 المهام والمسؤوليات:
• دعم المدير التنفيذي في تنفيذ الأهداف الاستراتيجية والخطط التشغيلية للشركة.
• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية وضمان توافقها مع أهداف الشركة ومؤشرات الأداء المستهدفة.
• التنسيق بين الإدارات المختلفة لتعزيز كفاءة التشغيل والإنتاجية.
• متابعة أداء المشاريع والنتائج المالية ومؤشرات الأداء التشغيلية.
• المشاركة في تطوير استراتيجيات النمو وتحسين الأداء المؤسسي.
• تمثيل الشركة في الاجتماعات مع العملاء والشركاء والجهات الحكومية عند الحاجة.
• ضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة والأنظمة والمعايير المعتمدة.
• إعداد التقارير التنفيذية وتقييمات الأداء والتوصيات الاستراتيجية للإدارة العليا.
• 🔹 المتطلبات:
• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو
• خبرة لا تقل عن (15) سنة وخبرة لا تقل عن (5) سنوات كنائب مدير تنفيذي
• خبرة قوية في إدارة العمليات والتخطيط الاستراتيجي وتطوير الأعمال.
• يفضل وجود خبرة في شركات المقاولات أو التشغيل والصيانة أو المشاريع التشغيلية.
• مهارات قيادية عالية وقدرة على اتخاذ القرار والتواصل الفعال.
• مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية ممتازة.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
