Depot Area Manager - QLD (Secondment)

The duties of the Depot Area Manager will consist of, but are not limited to
- Drive performance through the management of people and technology to create agile and innovative solutions & an exceptional customer experience.
- Visit each depot weekly, ensuring depots are always well presented, compliant and maintenance schedules are adhered to. Work "on the ground" with the depot team when required.
- Encourage a positive work environment and culture for all employees reflecting TOMRA values
- Provide ongoing assistance, guidance and coaching support to site team members.
- Drive a TOMRA Safe culture within QLD through ensuring safety procedures are well documented and adhered to & that proactive safety conversations occur consistently.
To be a successful Depot Area Manager you will have
Cert IV Frontline Manager or equivalent
3-5 years+ experience in leading people
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
A professional and positive attitude
