What you’ll do

• Support the origination and ongoing management of retail and business deposit products.
• Complete account-opening and servicing tasks, including calls, email responses, mail processing and system actions.
• Prepare reports and statements, respond to account queries and maintain accurate customer and account records.
• Resolve queries and account changes at first contact where possible, gathering information and escalating complex issues.
• Build and share product, technical and customer-support knowledge with colleagues.
• Share customer feedback across teams and support ad hoc projects.
• Follow process controls to reduce risk and identify and implement operational improvements.

• Flexible to work evenings occasionally.
• An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is a nice-to-have.
