Kitchen Department Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Drive sales of premium branded kitchen products while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer requirements and provide expert guidance on kitchen designs, materials, appliances, and accessories.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure showroom displays are updated and aligned with current trends and brand standards.
• Coordinate closely with design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Achieve departmental KPIs including sales targets, gross margins, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Experience & Qualifications

• **Minimum 10 years of sales experience with premium kitchen and wardrobe brands**
• Prior experience in the kitchen, furniture, or interiors industry is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is an advantage
