Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Scan and design work orders according to Doctors prescription requests.
- Read work prescriptions and examine cases to determine design of dental restoration
- Scan, design, and fabricate dental prosthesis using 3shpae/ Exocad software and technology
- Communicate case planning throughout lab departments
- Design dental framework, full contour crowns, bridges, implant abutments, veneers, diagnostic wax ups and implants
- Read, interpret and design dental restorations to client's specifications by using a dental design software program
- Proficient in 3Shape and understanding of manufacturing processes and dental lab techniques of milling and sintering of Zirconia
- Design full arch interim and final restorations in 3Shape/Exocad software
- Prepare design prototypes and coordinate with doctor to obtain final design approval
- Coordinate and participate in CAD/CAM processes
- Occasional travel to centers to support CAD/CAM training for new technicians and doctors
- Setting up the digitalization workflow and working together with the other branches in an efficient and systematic manner is one of the main targets.

- Able to make ceramic crown and empress veneers.
- Able to make a dentures repair.
- Scan and design work orders according to Doctors prescription requests.
- Read work prescriptions and examine cases to determine design of dental restoration
- Scan, design, and fabricate dental prosthesis using 3 Shape / Exocad software and technology
- Communicate case planning throughout lab departments.
- Digital Design dental framework, full contour crowns, bridges, implant abutments, veneers, diagnostic wax ups and implants
- Read, interpret and design dental restorations to client's specifications by using a dental design software program
- Able to make ceramic crown and impels veneers.
- Able to work on the lab Manual and Digital.
- In possession of a valid DHA license;
- Experience with 3shape, Exocad, and other desktop scanners and software
- Familiarity with dental lab techniques of milling,
- Experience with setting up and running a dental lab is an advantage;
- Experience with Exocad and 3schape;
- You have technical insight and perseverance;
- Completed training in Dental Technology or relevant training
- You have several years of work experience as a dental technician / plaster technician within a dental organization;
- You are enthusiastic, eager to learn, representative, accurate, flexible and have a service-oriented attitude;
- Good Communication skills in English
- Precision, Accuracy;
- Being able to work independently as well as in a team;
- Stress resistant;
