Dental Technician - Ceramist (Junior)

Position: Junior Dental Technician - Ceramist

Key Responsibilities

• Be open to learning and developing skills according to the company's methods, procedures, and quality standards.
• Fabricate ceramic restorations including crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays, and implant restorations.
• Perform layering, staining, and glazing to achieve natural aesthetics and accurate occlusion.
• Ensure precise shade matching using photographs, shade guides, and case documentation.
• Collaborate with the dental lab team to ensure timely and excellent results
• Maintain consistency in contours, contacts, and occlusion across all restorations.
• Manage workload effectively to meet production timelines.
• Follow laboratory protocols and material guidelines to maintain consistent quality.

Requirements

• Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Dental Technician
• DHA License preferred.
• Basic knowledge of ceramic materials, layering techniques, and modern workflows.
• Good aesthetic sense with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
