Role Overview
Smile Link Dental Laboratory is seeking a Sales Representative with experience in dental sales, dental clinics, or dental laboratories.
The role focuses on business growth, client relationships, product and service presentations, and sales execution.
Responsibilities
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate and close deals and handle customer complaints.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with internal teams and management.
- Use marketing and negotiating techniques to support sales activities.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry or an equivalent qualification is required.
- A minimum of two years of proven dental sales experience within the UAE is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
- Willingness to travel as required is preferred.
Employment and Work Location
- The position is full-time and permanent.
- Work is performed in person.
Languages
- English is required.
- Arabic is required.
