Overview

We are seeking a Dental Receptionist in Shamkha Branch who responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the dental office.

The primary duties involve interacting with patients, managing appointments, processing insurance claims, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Have experience in DOK32 system and have experience in ortho reception.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Patient Interaction**:
  • Greet patients upon arrival and make them feel comfortable.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
  • Provide patients with information regarding procedures, costs, and policies.
  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • **Appointment Scheduling**:
  • Manage appointment scheduling, including reminders, confirmations, and rescheduling.
  • Ensure proper allocation of time slots for different procedures.
  • Maintain an organized calendar and track patient flow.
  • **Patient Records Management**:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records (both digital and paper).
  • Ensure that all forms and documentation are filled out correctly by patients.
  • Verify patient personal information and insurance details.
  • **Office and Facility Management**:
  • Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Assist with basic office tasks, such as filing, mailing, and ordering supplies.
  • Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow.

**Skills and Qualifications**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or dental assisting preferred.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (preferred).
  • Proficiency in office software and scheduling systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential patient information.
