We are looking for a motivated and professional Dentist to join our dental laboratory team in a Marketing & Business Development role.

If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for marketing, and enjoy building long-term professional relationships with dentists, we'd love to hear from you.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists and dental clinics.

Present and promote the laboratory's services in a professional manner.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand the laboratory's client network.

Generate new business opportunities and follow up with potential clients.

Contribute to social media marketing ideas and promotional campaigns.

Understand dentists' needs and provide suitable laboratory solutions.

Represent the laboratory during meetings, clinic visits, and professional events.

Strong knowledge or experience in marketing and sales.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

Good understanding of dental laboratory terminology, restorative materials, and prosthetic workflows.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Arabic is an advantage.

Previous experience in a dental laboratory, dental company, or a business development role is preferred.

Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are an advantage.
