Key Responsibilities
**Supervise kitchen staff** — Oversee and manage commis chefs and kitchen assistants within the assigned section (partie)
**Food preparation** — Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to established recipes, techniques, and quality standards
**Section management** — Maintain organization and cleanliness of the assigned kitchen station
**Quality control** — Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant's standards for taste, presentation, and consistency
**Inventory management** — Monitor stock levels, request supplies, and reduce food waste
**Training & mentoring** — Guide junior kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques and food safety practices
**Service support** — Assist the Head Chef during service to ensure smooth operations
**Recipe development** — Contribute ideas for new dishes and menu items
**Health & safety compliance** — Maintain kitchen hygiene standards and follow all food safety regulations
**Problem-solving** — Handle service issues and adapt to challenges during busy periods
Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

- DCDP: 3 years (Required)
