- Assist in designing and preparing

- Support Chef de Partie in daily cold kitchen operations and mise en place
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and visual appeal of all cold preparations
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of cold food items as per HACCP standards
- Maintain strict hygiene and temperature control in cold kitchen operations
- Assist in menu development for high tea and event catering setups
- Monitor stock levels and support requisition of fresh ingredients
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
