Job Summary

sDemand Planning & Forecastin

• gDevelop, manage, and continuously improve the demand forecasting process across all product categories and markets
• .Analyze historical sales data, market trends, promotions, seasonality, and customer insights to generate accurate demand forecasts
• .Monitor forecast performance and implement corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy and reduce forecast bias
• .Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category teams to gather market intelligence and demand assumptions

.Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP

• )Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans
• .Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive decision-making regarding demand and supply balancing
• .Present demand and supply risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans to senior leadership
• .Ensure consensus forecasting and alignment with business objectives

.Inventory & Supply Planning Collaboratio

• nPartner with Supply Planning, Procurement, and Operations teams to optimize inventory levels and product availability
• .Identify potential stock shortages, excess inventory, and supply constraints and develop action plans
• .Support inventory optimization initiatives while maintaining target service levels

• nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
• .MBA or professional certifications (APICS CPIM, CSCP, IBF CPF/CPM) preferred
• .Experienc
• e7–10+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain, or S&OP
• .Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role
• .

Experience

• within FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, or Distribution industries is preferred
• .Technical Skill
• sStrong knowledge of S&OP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes
• .Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics
• .

Experience

• with ERP and planning systems such as SAP APO, SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or Anaplan
