About the role
Develop reliable demand forecasts from market insights, sales trends, and business requirements.
Support product availability, inventory optimization, informed decisions, and sustainable business growth.
The role is based in Jeddah and is hybrid; the position is permanent.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and manage accurate demand forecasts using market insights, sales trends, and business data.
- Analyze sales, channels, and SKUs; lead regular demand planning reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Work with Supply Chain and commercial teams on stock management.
- Maintain planning data for order fulfillment and replenishment, and manage escalations when needed.
- Improve planning processes through innovative planning practices and systems.
About you
- Bring 1 to 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related field within consumer goods.
- Have a strong understanding of demand planning processes and logistics planning techniques.
- Have experience with SAP stock management and planning systems.
- Bring strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborate across functions and demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous improvement and process innovation.
