About the role

Translate market insights, sales trends, and business requirements into reliable forecasts.

Support product availability, inventory optimization, supply chain execution, and informed decisions.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and manage demand forecasts using market insights, sales trends, and business data.
  • Analyze sales, channels, and SKUs; lead demand planning reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs and identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and commercial teams on stock management.
  • Maintain planning data for order fulfillment and replenishment; manage escalations as needed.
  • Improve processes through innovative planning practices and systems.

About you

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or a related consumer goods field.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning processes and logistics planning techniques.
  • Experience with SAP stock management and planning systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions; proactive approach to continuous improvement and process innovation.
