About the role

Drive accurate demand planning by translating market insights, sales trends, and business requirements into reliable forecasts.

Support product availability, inventory optimization, sustainable growth, effective supply-chain execution, and informed decision-making.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and manage demand forecasts using market insights, sales trends, and business data; conduct sales, channel, and SKU analysis.
  • Lead regular demand-planning reviews with cross-functional stakeholders and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Identify risks and growth opportunities; work with Supply Chain and commercial teams on stock management.
  • Maintain planning data for order fulfillment and replenishment, manage escalations, and improve planning processes through innovative practices and systems.

About you

  • Bring 1 to 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related field within the consumer goods industry.
  • Have a strong understanding of demand-planning processes and logistics-planning techniques.
  • Experience with SAP stock-management and planning systems is described; bring analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Collaborate across functions and bring a proactive mindset and interest in continuous improvement and process innovation.
