- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns
- Weekly fresh & UHT order summarizing for review.
- Co ordinating with branches for the final order review and explaining the changes. Daily amendments process.
- UHT stock aging reports summarizing by branch.
- Ensure the UHT stock at branch level.
- Co ordinating with plant & supply chain on daily basis for the day to day changes.
- UHT Dispatch plan discussion with loading section to ensure the onetime delivery by branch.
- As per the rolling forecast by Branch UHT Order preparing by week and amending the additional requirement based on central warehouse availability.
- UHT dispatch follow-up with central warehouse.
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Identify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
