• What you will own
• Design and run full-funnel demand gen campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and organic channels targeting multiple markets and regions
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, from first touchpoint through activation, including landing pages, nurture flows, and lifecycle triggers in HubSpot
• Build and manage UTM frameworks, tracking infrastructure, and attribution logic so we always know what is working and why
• Run structured experiments across creative, audience, and messaging, and ship learnings quickly into the next iteration
• Collaborate with content, tech/dev teams to align campaign messaging with real buyer pain points
• Coordinate with influencer and partnership programs, managing seeding, briefing, and performance tracking
• Report clearly on pipeline contribution, cost per acquisition, and funnel velocity. No vanity metrics.
