• We are looking for a Team Lead to support us with our 2026 growth plans!
• This role will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 Delivery Consultants to ensure the successful delivery of client projects, implementations, and services.
• This role combines people leadership, project oversight, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to drive high-quality outcomes, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
• The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, mentor team members, oversee delivery performance, and serve as a senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders.
• What will you do?
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Delivery Consultants to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, one-to-one meetings, and development planning sessions.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
• Manage team capacity, resource allocation, and workload planning.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and agreed quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide guidance and support on complex requirements and delivery challenges.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve delivery processes and best practices.
• Monitor and report on delivery KPIs, service levels, and team performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and quality.

• Someone who has experience within the offshore industry or similar
• Excellent people and relationship building skills
• Experience managing or mentoring a team of delivery consultants
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a broad range of personalities

• Have strong communication and organisational skills, and a “can do attitude”

• Please note this role is based in our office at Dubai Marina, working Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.
