Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Delivery Rider/Driver at our location in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The primary responsibilities include picking up and delivering packages to customers and businesses in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
The role involves route planning, adherence to delivery schedules, ensuring packages are handled and delivered with care, and providing excellent customer service.
The Delivery Rider/Driver will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of deliveries and communicating effectively with the dispatcher and other team members.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of local road networks and navigation skills using GPS systems
- own visa
- Safe driving skills and a valid UAE motorcycle or driver’s license
- Time management and punctuality for meeting delivery deadlines
- Customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Basic record-keeping abilities for maintaining accurate delivery logs
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with attention to detail
- Physical fitness to handle packages and perform frequent deliveries
- Familiarity with delivery mobile applications and technology is a plus
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages like Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is advantageous
