Delivery Project Manager / Construction Manager - Heritage Assets (DEL 1)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of heritage asset projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and standards
• Manage construction activities on site, working closely with contractors, consultants, and heritage specialists
• Ensure compliance with heritage preservation guidelines, relevant regulations, and international best practices
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including government authorities, cultural agencies, and internal teams
• Implement risk management strategies to address challenges unique to heritage asset projects
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet project requirements
• Oversee procurement processes related to heritage-specific materials and services
• Lead health, safety, and environmental management specific to heritage site conditions
• Document and archive project progress, as-built drawings, and preservation records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management involving large-scale construction or development projects
• Must have Site Management experience, and be experienced in working with supervision consultants and contractors.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable
• Experience delivering construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
