Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an accomplished Delivery Project Director to lead the successful delivery of large-scale projects within our dynamic development portfolio.
In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee project execution, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery excellence aligned with Qiddiya s vision for innovation, quality, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, consultants, government agencies, and senior leadership.
Develop and implement project delivery strategies, methodologies, and risk mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address issues impacting timelines, costs, or quality.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide timely and comprehensive project status reports and presentations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
