  • · Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • · Preferred fields include Education, Human Resources, Social Work, or Management.
  • · 1–3 years of experience in training delivery, training management, or program implementation.
  • · Experience in skill development, livelihood, or CSR-funded training projects preferred.
  • · Prior experience with NGOs, training institutes, or development sector organizations will be an added advantage.
  • · Good communication, facilitation abilities.
  • · Proficiency in MS Office, training,MIS/reporting systems.
  • · Good understanding of vocational training, employability skills, and the skilling ecosystem.
  • · Ability to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment.
