Role overview
An established engineering and infrastructure services business is hiring an experienced delivery professional for its Dubai office.
The role leads a portfolio of electrical and technical installation projects in mission-critical and data centre environments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple live projects, managing programme, budget, resourcing, and risk from contract award through completion and handover.
- Manage site teams and specialist subcontractors, with a focus on safety, quality, and client specifications.
- Sign off technical documentation, design changes, and test and commissioning records.
- Report project cost, schedule, and performance to internal leaders and client stakeholders.
- Contribute to tenders, pricing, and value engineering, and develop client relationships to secure follow-on work.
Requirements
- At least five years of project or delivery management experience in data centres, mission-critical facilities, or technical building services.
- Sound technical grounding in electrical installation and wider building services, plus familiarity with relevant international standards and testing practices.
- Strong client-facing and commercial skills, and the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple projects.
- Large-scale or hyperscale data centre programme experience is highly regarded.
- A degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline is preferred; PMP or PRINCE2 is an advantage.
