Role Duties
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI transformation initiatives
- Drive business readiness and user adoption
- Manage RAID, governance and steering committees
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams
- Bridge technical and business stakeholder needs
- Track benefits realisation and adoption metrics
Role Requirements
- 10+ years in transformation or delivery leadership
- Proven AI or automation delivery experience
- Insurance or financial services background preferred
- Strong stakeholder management at senior levels
- Experience with multi-country regional rollouts
- Hands-on and delivery-focused, not just strategy
