Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older (required for company vehicle insurance)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving in all weather conditions
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn pharmacy software
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Verify and stage deliveries before they leave the pharmacy
• Learn and utilize pharmacy software and delivery processes
• Check orders for accuracy and completeness
• Plan efficient delivery routes and manage time effectively
• Deliver medications to facilities throughout the Eugene area using a company vehicle
• Pick up returns and complete required documentation
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
• Represent the pharmacy professionally and courteously with our customers
• You show up consistently and are someone your team can rely on.
• You pay attention to details and take pride in getting things right.
• You learn new technology and processes quickly.
• You can work independently while staying connected to the team.
• You understand how to work efficiently without cutting corners.
• You use good judgment and common sense to solve problems and build efficient delivery routes.
• This position requires someone who can balance accuracy and speed. You are the last set of eyes on a medication before it leaves the pharmacy, but you also understand the importance of getting deliveries completed in a timely manner.
• Just as importantly, you're one of the few people our customers see face-to-face. The way you interact with them reflects on our entire pharmacy.
