Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Driver role based in Dubai.
The Delivery Driver will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, and delivering CRYPT products to customers, retail partners, and warehouses within scheduled time frames.
Daily tasks include verifying orders and delivery documents, inspecting vehicles for safety and cleanliness, and reporting any incidents, delays, or vehicle issues to the supervisor.
The role also involves providing courteous customer service at delivery points, obtaining signatures or proof of delivery, and handling products with care to maintain brand quality.
The Delivery Driver will coordinate with warehouse and sales teams, follow all traffic and safety regulations, and support basic logistics tasks such as organizing shipments and assisting with stock movement when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Basic Sales awareness to support promotional deliveries, upsell opportunities, and brand representation during customer interactions.
- Ability to use or learn basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks; Forklift Operation experience is an advantage but not mandatory for this role).
- Willingness to participate in Training related to safety, driving standards, product handling, and company procedures.
- Experience in retail, logistics, or Food & Beverage environments is a plus, especially in fast-paced, customer-facing operations.
- Valid UAE driving license for delivery vehicles includind bike and car and a clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic rules, with strong time-management and route-planning skills.
- Ability to lift and carry packages safely, stand for extended periods, and work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a professional attitude aligned with the CRYPT brand image.
