YALA Kombucha is growing fast — and so are our delivery routes!
We’re looking for a **hands-on, detail-driven Delivery Operator** who can **both arrange and make deliveries** across UAE.
If you’re as comfortable behind the wheel as you are behind a spreadsheet, and you thrive in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- **Plan & optimize daily delivery routes** for efficiency, covering B2B and B2C orders.
- **Drive and complete deliveries** as needed, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs.
- Coordinate with production to ensure the correct stock is packed and ready.
- Track, confirm, and communicate delivery schedules with clients.
- Monitor ETAs, adjust routes on the go, and troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Handle client concerns or complaints with professionalism and a solution-first approach.
- Maintain delivery records, fuel logs, and track KPIs (on-time %, cost per delivery, etc.).
- Oversee vehicle upkeep: schedule servicing, monitor fuel usage, and ensure cleanliness.
Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics, delivery operations, or fleet coordination.
- Valid UAE driving license (manual) — confident driving a delivery van.
- Strong communicator in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai roads is a strong advantage.
- Familiar with Google Maps, routing tools, and basic Excel/Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to think quickly under pressure.
