Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery process of commercial office projects from design through to completion and handover
• Develop and implement comprehensive project delivery plans that align with corporate objectives and stakeholder expectations
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including architecture, engineering, procurement, and construction to ensure seamless project execution
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, regulatory agencies, and other external stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, control risks, and resolve issues promptly to maintain project schedule and budget
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding project status, risks, and opportunities
• Promote innovative and sustainable practices throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• At least 12 years of experience in project delivery within the commercial office sector or large-scale property developments
• Proven track record managing complex commercial construction projects to successful completion
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to navigate challenges proactively and deliver results in fast-paced environments
