Overview
· Assign vehicles for deliveries, staff transportation, projects, and operational requirements.
· Arrange periodic servicing, preventive maintenance, repairs, tyre replacement, oil changes, and breakdown support.
· Monitor vehicle registration, insurance, permits, test certificates, and renewal dates.
· Prepare daily delivery schedules based on production status, customer requirements, and project priorities.
· Allocate suitable vehicles and assign drivers for deliveries according to load capacity and route.
· Track delivery status, departure time, arrival time, and completion of deliveries.
· Maintain vehicle registration cards, insurance documents, permits, test certificates, and renewal records.
· Prepare and verify delivery notes, invoices, dispatch documents, gate passes, and transport permits.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
