The position is full-time and based in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, motivate, and manage delivery teams and operational staff.
- Monitor delivery performance, productivity, and service quality.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and business growth.
- Manage client relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Track KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with drivers, operations teams, and other departments.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.
- Identify operational challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Support revenue growth and cost-control initiatives.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of management experience in a delivery services company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and team-management abilities.
- Strong understanding of delivery and logistics operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Results-oriented approach focused on performance and growth.
Compensation
- The source lists pay of AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
- The structured salary field lists AED 5,000 per month.
