What You’ll Do:

As a Delivery Associate, you’ll drive a vehicle, delivering over 300 packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 3-4 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.

What You’ll Need:

Must be at least 25 years old

Must be able to work legally in the United States

Must have a valid driver's license active for the past 5 years

Must be able to deliver over 300 packages per ten hour shifts

Must be able to drive a 26 ft Box Truck

Must be a safe driver and have an active New York State driver's license with a clean record

Must be able to use a SMART PHONE to scan/deliver packages, communicate with customers/ sign in and out etc

Must have a personal smart phone

Must be able to move/lift/carry up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations

Must have a positive attitude

Must be able to work in all types of weather

Must be able to handle a manage, distribute a full load of delivery totes and boxes while interacting with walker delivery associates to assign their respective routes for the day associates

Must be able to pass a drug test

Must meet DOT requirements to drive a BOX truck with air brakes.

Must complete and pass a three day training

Must be comfortable and able to work in a performance based position

Must be able to work at least one Saturday or Sunday every week and holidays

How long have you had an active driver's license

Do you have experience driving cargo van/ box truck?

are comfortable delivering in all types of locations( NYCHA projects, residential, High rises, schools, house of worship, commercial locations)?

Can you repeatedly enter/exit a van 150+ times per shift?

This role requires constant movement for 8–10 hours. Are you comfortable with that?
