What You'll Be Doing
Deliver packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes
Load, unload, and prepare the delivery vehicle
Follow safety procedures and navigate using a company-provided handheld device
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Assist team members if operational support is needed
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
Perform vehicle inspections before and after routes
Work safely in varying weather conditions, including Bakersfield heat
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license required
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and read and write English
- Able to lift packages up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable getting in and out of a delivery vehicle throughout the day
- Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts
- Must pass a background check and drug screening where permitted by law
- Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Ability to work at least one weekend day

Work Schedule & Breaks
- Daytime shifts only
- Work week runs Sunday through Saturday
- One weekend day required
- Two paid 15-minute breaks per shift
- One unpaid 30-minute meal period in accordance with California labor laws

- Requirements:
- Clean driving record the last 7 years
- Clean criminal record the last 7 years
- Willingness to submit to a 4 panel drug test (we don't test for THC)
- Willing to work up to 10 hours day
- Must be 21+ of age
- Must have a valid Driver License.
- Must be able to read and comprehend English.
- Willing to delivery 350+ packages
- Willing to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work one day of the weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)
