Overview

Delivery Coordinator

• to join our software team full-time.
• The role is somewhere between manual QA, business analysis, and delivery coordination.
• Part of the work will be regular testing of an existing B2B web platform: test cases, regression testing, bug reports, ticket comments, and Postman/API checks.
• The other part will be helping the team prepare better software tasks: specifications, user flows, acceptance criteria, project documentation, follow-ups after meetings, task tracking, and weekly/monthly summaries.
• This role may be a good fit for a manual QA specialist who wants to grow toward business analysis and software delivery.
• We are looking for someone who is:
• accurate and structured;
• comfortable with routine testing;
• able to write clearly;
• proactive with follow-ups;
• good at working with incomplete requirements;
• comfortable with Jira, Notion/Confluence, and Postman.
• **English is required.**
• This is not a pure QA role, and not a pure PM role.
• We need someone who can help reduce chaos between requirements, testing, documentation, and delivery.
