We are seeking a Finance, Agile PMO Delivery expert to join our team as a Deliver & PMO Lead.
This role requires a strong track record of working with senior leaders across GENAI to drive project delivery excellence and ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with senior leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Establish project management processes and frameworks to ensure successful project execution
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and teams to enhance project delivery capabilities
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, including senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in project management and delivery, preferably in a finance or technology environment
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
