Role Description
We are seeking a Delegate Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The individual in this position will engage in reaching out to potential clients, understanding their business needs, and promoting the benefits of attending our B2B events.
They will generate leads, manage client relationships, execute sales strategies, and meet or exceed sales targets.
The role involves maintaining communication with potential delegates and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and event success.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in identifying and understanding customer needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales platforms.
- Knowledge or experience in B2B events, conferences, or sales is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting goals and objectives.
- Fluency in English is mandatory
